We collect and process personal data that is necessary to provide our services, in particular:

Name and surname,
Email address,
Phone number,
Residential address,
Payment details,
Data contained in identity documents (as required by law),
Data regarding Guest preferences (e.g. room preferences, allergies, special requests).

3. Purposes of personal data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Reservation and implementation of the stay at the Hotel,
Handling inquiries and communicating with guests,
Fulfillment of obligations arising from legal regulations (e.g. registration, tax),

Ensuring security (video monitoring in common areas of the hotel).

Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR – in the legitimate interest of the Controller (e.g. securing claims, video monitoring),
Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR – based on the consent granted in the scope of marketing activities.

Personal data may be made available to entities cooperating with the Hotel, such as:

Payment service providers,
Entities operating reservation systems,
Accounting, legal and auditing firms,
State authorities when required by law.

We store your data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in particular:

Data related to the reservation and stay – until the limitation period for claims expires,

8. Video monitoring

In order to ensure the safety of Guests and hotel property, Hotel Dąbrowski uses video monitoring. The cameras cover only common areas (e.g. reception, corridors, parking). The recordings are stored for a period of no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed as evidence in legal proceedings.
